My name is Emmanouela Diakaki, 22, and I am an undergraduate of Political Science and Public Administration, majoring in International Relations, at the University of Athens. My academic interests include human rights, terrorism, conflict and I have lately been preoccupied with energy transition and development for my thesis. I also have a passion for learning foreign languages of which I speak 5, including Mandarin.
Since the beginning of my studies I have been involved in numerous international conferences in addition to Model United Nations and other simulations. I have completed two internships at the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and currently intern at the National Bank of Greece. I am also a regular volunteer in multiple organizations, mainly focusing on refugee integration, and a proud member of AWOG and EU for Women Hellas.
