UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD): Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Zoe Patramani is 20 years old and will be serving as the Rapporteur of the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in THESSISMUN 2020. She is currently in her third year of studies at the University of Macedonia in the Department of International and European Studies and as far as her academic interests are concerned, she has a passion for human rights protection on an international level, diplomacy, and foreign affairs. In addition to that, Zoe enjoys learning foreign languages, currently speaking English, German, French and working towards being fluent in Korean as well.

Her MUNs’ experience started last year with her participation in THESSISMUN2019 and as a newcomer, she was utterly impressed by the growth prospects that laid before her. Since then she has participated in several conferences and simulations. Through her participation in such conferences, she had the opportunity to cultivate further her interest in international relations, improve her rhetorical skills and gain more confidence. Zoe feels major gratitude and excitement regarding her role in this year’s conference and states determined to do her best to assure that you all have a productive learning experience and of course, make a lot of fun memories. Along with her co-chairs, she will try to provide you with every possible help and knowledge in order to have a truly unforgettable experience!
