Athina Apostolidou is a fourth-year undergraduate student in the Faculty of Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, traveling, and dancing. During her studies, she discovered her passion for international and European affairs, human rights and the rule of law which has been pursued through participation in various simulations as a delegate, head delegate, and board member. She believes that participation in MUN conferences can contribute not only in the field of academics but also in obtaining soft skills and making new friendships that last.
This will be her fourth time in ThessISMUN and she has the honor and pleasure to serve as the Vice-President of the Executive Board of UNESCO, a committee that provides delegates the experience to challenge themselves and debate in matters of great significance concerning cornerstones of our civilization, such as culture and education.
