Maria Mougiantsi
Vice-President of International Maritime Organization
Having participated in various MUN conferences, Mougiantsi Maria (Marieta) will serve as the Vice President of the International Maritime Organisation. Marieta was born and raised in Thessaloniki. She is a fifth-year-student at the department of English Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Alongside with English, she is fluent in French and Italian and currently she is learning Chinese. Her passion about foreign languages is one of the many reasons that made her pursue a career as a conference interpreter. In a parallel universe, she would be a stylist. Her sense of humour, as well as her piquant statements will be apparent during the whole conference. It is her first time serving as a member of the Board and she feels really blessed to be given that opportunity. She wishes luck to all of the delegates and hopes for the best!
